My name is Emma Newhouse. I am from Cedar Rapids, Iowa. I am currently an apparel merchandising and design student at Kirkwood Community College. After Kirkwood I plan on continuing my education as a fashion design major at Arizona State University in the fall of 2026. Before attending Kirkwood I graduated from Xavier High School in the spring of 2023. While attending Xavier High School I attended the Kirkwood Community College dual program, digital arts, social media, and marketing career academy .

I am a very driven and creative person. Along with being a very creative I am also very reliable and  personable. I love to talk to new people which also makes me a great leader and teammate.  Ever since I was little I have loved all things fashion and sewing. Whenever I am not focusing on all things fashion I am most likely by the water. I love to travel, learn, and experience new things. I also enjoy spending time with my friends, family, and most importantly my dog Ricky.
